Aviata Health Group, a leader in person-centered care, is seeking a qualified RN or LPN Supervisor to join our dynamic team on the 3p-11p shift in Lake Mary, Florida. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.

Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
