Express Lane Technician – Fast-Paced | Trophy Nissan Job Overview
Trophy Nissan is seeking a motivated Express Lane Technician to join our high-volume service department in Mesquite, Texas , serving the greater Dallas–Fort Worth market . This role is ideal for a technician who works efficiently, values consistency, and wants a clear path for skill development and career growth.

Role SummaryAs an Express Lane Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and inspections while delivering a positive customer experience. This position is a key entry point into our service department and offers advancement opportunities for technicians who demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently
Identify and communicate maintenance or repair needs to advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures
Work efficiently to meet service time standards
Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred (not required)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
