Schedule:

1st shift: 7am- 5:30pm / 2nd shift Varies: 3pm-2:30am or 8pm-6:30AM

Job Summary:

Manufacturing client has immediate openings for Production Operators including
1st shifts and 2nd Shift positions.

Responsibilities:

• Prior manufacturing experience required
• Prior CNC machining or other machining preferred
• Operate molding/parts equipment following proper procedures
• Monitor press cycles, temperature, and pressure gauges to ensure consistent performance.
• Cleaning and maintenance of rims-molds and other parts to ensure quality.
• Record production data.
• Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Physical demands of this job include walking, sitting, standing, bending, squatting, twisting and climbing throughout the day
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and understand work order instructions, and production schedules.
• Understanding of basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attendance, work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to75 lbs required
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding environment.
• Available for overtime and weekends if need
