Demand Generation Manager

Robert Half’s is partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company serving the restaurant and hospitality industry to identify an experienced SMB Demand Generation Marketer.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a demand generation marketer who is energized by owning pipeline, partnering closely with Sales, testing new ideas, and using data to drive measurable revenue results. You’ll have the opportunity to build and refine demand programs for the SMB market while having significant ownership over strategy, execution, and optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Own the SMB demand generation strategy and execution from initial planning through optimization, with a direct connection to quarterly pipeline, Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO), and bookings goals.
• Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound demand programs across email, paid media, content, outbound, and events.
• Partner closely with Sales through regular standups, call observations, deal reviews, and ongoing feedback to better understand buyer needs, lead quality, and funnel performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of restaurant and hospitality operators, including their challenges, priorities, buying behaviors, and where they engage throughout the customer journey.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities, diagnose conversion issues, and make data-driven changes quickly.
• Test new channels, messaging, technologies, workflows, and approaches to determine what drives the strongest results.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and other marketing partners to improve the overall demand generation engine.
• Help evaluate and evolve the marketing technology stack, identifying gaps and implementing solutions that improve campaign execution, measurement, and conversion.
• Explore and implement AI, automation, and emerging tools to increase marketing efficiency and scale.
• Partner with RevOps to improve lead scoring, routing, response times, reporting, attribution, and visibility into the funnel.
• Continuously connect marketing activity back to pipeline and revenue outcomes, rather than simply measuring campaign engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or another sales-led environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning or materially influencing a pipeline target and connecting marketing programs to revenue outcomes.
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, outbound, and/or events.
• A data-driven approach with experience analyzing funnel performance, conversion rates, attribution, and campaign results to inform decisions.
• Strong partnership with Sales and an understanding of how marketing programs translate into qualified opportunities and revenue.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. This position includes Benefits available to full-time professionals, include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), etc..
