Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services as written on students’ IEPs, including counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Deliver direct mental health services to high school students with mild-to-moderate, affective needs, and significant support needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, administrators, and families to implement IEP goals and support student well-being
- Document services and progress in student records and participate in IEP meetings and care planning
- Adapt interventions to align with SPED-related requirements and campus policy; respond to changing caseload needs

Requirements
- In-person, on-site work at a high school campus; travel assignment with a 5x8 Days shift
- Ability to complete required district clearances, including fingerprinting (Colorado CBI and FBI) prior to start
- Experience delivering mental health services under IEPs; SPED experience preferred
- Comfortable working with high school students who have mild/moderate, affective, and significant support needs
