- Build and assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and machine assemblies according to specifications.
- Wire machines and panels to print, following schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings.
- Read, interpret, and understand electrical schematics to ensure accurate layout and wiring.
- Cut panel access openings and prepare enclosures for component installation.
- Crimp terminals, splice wires by hand or with machines, and route wiring neatly and safely.
- Label wires and components according to electrical standards and documentation.
- Perform soldering tasks on wires and components where required.
- Work with voltage and AMP devices, ensuring proper selection and installation of components.
- Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to test, diagnose, and correct wiring issues.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or related electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with crimping, splicing, labeling, and soldering.
- Strong understanding of voltage, amperage, and basic electrical components.
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and use of testing tools.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and wiring equipment safely.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
