Client Overview Our client is an established title company serving residential real estate clients throughout South Florida. The company provides a collaborative, client-focused environment and is seeking an experienced Title Closer to join their growing team. Salary/Hourly Rate $65k - $80k+ Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced residential Title Closer to manage and facilitate residential real estate closings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about the closing process, and highly client-focused, with the ability to provide a positive and professional experience for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties throughout the transaction. Responsibilities Of The Title Closer Coordinate and facilitate residential real estate closings. Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related documentation. Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, and other parties throughout the closing process. Review closing files and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Address and resolve questions or issues that arise leading up to and during closing. Work closely with the company's Title Processor and Post-Closer to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the closing process. Required Experience/Skills For The Title Closer 5+ years of residential title and real estate closing experience. Strong knowledge of the residential real estate closing process. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and client service skills with a professional, personable communication style. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Title Closer Experience with Qualia or similar title and closing software. Established relationships or a following within the local real estate, lending, or legal community. Experience handling a high volume of residential closings. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or relevant title/real estate certifications are a plus.
