Our General Manager, Kenny Clarey has been here at Sunset Auto Wholesale helping to build our team. 10 years ago he was given the opportunity to move from a Salesperson to Sales Manager. What they saw in him was someone eager to learn and willing to put the work in to accomplish our goals. He has always continued to study and train to be a better salesperson and leader in the industry. Fast forward to today, he has accepted this position to become a partner here eventually & buy the store from the owner. We are looking for someone that has the work ethic and drive to eventually buy the store from Kenny down the road.

We are looking for the right person to help us build the dealership, grow the team, and create an elite customer experience. We are searching for someone who is customer-service focused, highly motivated, and an absolute all-star in the CRM.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong automotive sales experience who may be ready to move from the sales floor into management. If you know how to work leads, build relationships, follow process, close deals, and motivate people around you, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage and develop the sales team.
• Train sales staff on lead handling, appointments, and follow-up.
• Work internet and phone leads alongside the team.
• Improve CRM activity and customer communication.
• Help desk deals and maximize opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and employees.
• Create a winning culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
