We're a locally owned pest & mosquito control business growing quickly and looking for an experienced pest tech to help us build up this service. What You'll Do Service Delivery Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and recommend solutions Apply treatments in accordance with national and NJ regulations and best practices Document work accurately in our field service software Customer Relationships Build trust with homeowners and business owners Educate customers on prevention and long-term solutions Deliver the kind of service that generates great reviews and referrals Business Development Identify opportunities to help neighboring properties Look for commercial accounts that could benefit from our services Contribute to growing our customer base through great work and smart outreach What We're Looking For Required 1+ years pest control experience (residential or commercial) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Strong customer service skills — you represent us in people's homes and businesses Excellent communication and organizational skills Eye for detail and commitment to safety Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work Preferred NJ 7A (General Pest) and/or 7B (Termite) Pesticide Applicator License Note: If you have the experience but not the license yet, we can work with that Experience with ants, roaches, rodents, wildlife exclusion Commercial pest control background You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance Comfortable working independently and managing your own route A passion for doing quality work and taking ownership of results Company Overview At Pest Hunters–Mosquito Hunters of Suburban Essex, we're not just in the pest business; we're in the loyalty business.
