A well-established and growing stone fabrication and installation company in Florida is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the organization through its next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of the stone industry and knows how to connect people, production, installation, financial performance, customer experience, and growth into one highly functioning operation.

The General Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the business, working closely with ownership to translate the company vision into execution. You will lead through department leaders, strengthen systems and accountability, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the company continues to scale without sacrificing quality or service.

We are looking for a leader who is strategic enough to see the entire business but hands-on enough to understand what is actually happening inside it.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain what already exists. We are looking for someone who wants to build, improve, lead, and grow.

• Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 , based on experience

• Experience in the stone fabrication industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and nuances.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence and profitable growth.
• Ability to create and implement strategic plans that align with company vision and drive results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated success in developing leaders and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify and solve root-cause problems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Experience in establishing and tracking KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement across departments.
