Job Description

Medical Director
The medical director has direct responsibility for the quality of psychiatric care provided and medical staff relationships. The incumbent provides psychiatric behavioral health leadership for clinical and business planning, clinical performance, Medical Quality Assessment/ Assurance, Risk management, continuing medical education, graduate medical education (GME) and Medical staff credentialing activities.

Education and Experience:
-Graduate of an accredited medical school
-Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State
-Board certified in psychiatry
-Min of 3-5 years clinical experience, providing direct patient care
-Experience as a Medical Director or in a comparable leadership role required
-Additional education in healthcare administration preferred

Wages: $275k to $300k annually
