Characteristics Qualified Executive Guest Service Coordinator Should Possess

· Team Player - People who can work cooperatively with others to achieve center goals and thrive within a team. Work closely with Ownership and other leaders within the center to always accomplish center goals.

Professional/Successful Mindset - Individuals who take pride in representing a company that is a leader in the beauty industry. Take pride in their actions and achieve results in a positive, professional manner.
Go-getters - Individuals who are self motivated and self driven to succeed. Are comfortable working in an environment that encourages self confidence, is positive, friendly, and upbeat.
High Achievers - Individuals who are always striving to do their best. Those who take pride in consistently setting, maintaining and exhibiting high standards.
Brand Ambassadors - Individuals with an interest, knowledge and passion for the Beauty Industry and commitment to continued growth and achievements within a business.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Pay Rate
Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Insurance - 100% Company paid over 35 hrs/week
Delta Dental/Vision Insurance - 100% Company Paid over 35 hrs/week
IRA Match up to 3%
Paid Time Off - 15 days annually. Prorated in first year based on start date.

We are open 7 days a week and offer day and evening shifts.

Monday: - Friday 9am - 8pm
Saturday/Sunday: 8am - 4pm
