Candidates may be considered for current and future openings based on business needs and geographic preference. Branch Locations: Rowland Height Branch: 17432 Colima Rd, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 City of Industry Branch: 1250 Fullerton Rd, City of Industry, CA 91748 West Covina Branch: 2672 E Garvey Ave S, West Covina, CA 91791 Diamond Bar Branch: 1195 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 Key Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts. Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services. Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 6-12 months of customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
