Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Bailey Medical Center. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a highly rated, modern facility.

Position Highlights:

• Base salary of $600,000 + 10 weeks off
• M-F schedule, 7-3
• Call requirement: one 48 hr weekend beeper call shift per month
• Call is OR-only no OB responsibilities for physicians
• Daily staffing: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs covering 5 sites of service
• Case mix: GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, and Podiatry

Qualifications:

• Board certified / board eligible anesthesiologist
