You'll ensure that our Ambassador Residents have the best quality residential experience possible by ensuring all amenities are in proper, working order and in good repair. You will:Preventative maintenance; cleaning, prepping, and servicing equipmentMaintenance and repair requests for plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and CarpentryRenovation projects; repairing or replacing equipment or structuresMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentPerforming inventory on equipment and suppliesCooperating with contractorsWhat it takes to succeed:High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseAbility to meet company driving guidelinesKnowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and CarpentryAt least five years of maintenance experiencePrevious experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer preferredWhat else is important:Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 70 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if neededPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
