Our company is looking for Construction Laborers to install insulation.
While candidates with construction experience are preferred, we will train any person who is willing to work hard and take pride in your craft.
Starting hourly pay is based on work experience
- In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- You will also conduct blower door tests to evaluate whether buildings are airtight. You must be capable of performing physical work both indoors and outdoors.
Work Schedule & Duties:
- Report at 7:30 am, Load materials, Go to local construction sites in our trucks.
- Operate various insulation machines
- Install insulation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- Previous construction experience (preferred)
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule
- Physical stamina
