Job Summary: Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients. Requirements: Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience Payroll experience - payroll processing, tax, and Regulations Self-starter and willingness to learn Able to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) Excellent attention to detail Solid interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications: Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner Reconcile payroll-related accounts Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour Benefits: We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance Culture, and More! #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowers CPA's & Advisors
