Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
• Pharmacy state licensure required
• BLS or ACLS is required (AHA only)
• PALS (for pediatric practice) is required (AHA only)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0900-1900
• Schedule: 4 days, 10 hours per day
