About the Role
The Company is in search of an AVP, Lead Wealth Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial lives of high-net-worth clients, leading sophisticated wealth planning and investment conversations, and building trusted, long-term relationships. This position requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in wealth management or a related field, holding a CFP® or equivalent designation, and a strong educational background in finance, business, accounting, law, or a related discipline. The role involves leading and supporting client relationships, evaluating client goals and financial circumstances, and implementing a wide range of investment and planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities for the AVP, Lead Wealth Advisor at the company include the development of comprehensive financial plans, monitoring of investment performance, and the ability to adapt strategies as client needs evolve. The role also involves business development, coordinating with clients' professional advisors, and staying current on wealth planning strategies. A collaborative and adaptable mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning platforms are essential. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work effectively across teams. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
