Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Bountiful Enterprises, LLC & Skyhook Erecting, LLC dba Bountiful Steel is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our growing workforce. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on HR role ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and taking initiative. No two days are exactly alike. This role supports both Bountiful Enterprises and Skyhook Erecting Teams and experiences high volume hiring seasons and busy benefit enrollment periods. You are a self‑starter who is eager to learn our business, connect with employees and their families, and become an important part of our team culture. Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Coordinate screenings, tours, interviews and communicate with applicants Support benefits administration and open enrollment Maintain employee records and HR databases Support the development/creation of LMS Team training and learning content Help organize employee events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives Provide exceptional support to employees and their dependents Assist with special projects and daytoday HR operations If You Are: Tenacious, selfmotivated, and committed to following through on responsibilities Willing to put in the work necessary to learn the role and grow within the organization Coachable and eager to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities A people person with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Dependable and motivated by accomplishing goals and completing projects Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams) Experienced in HR, administration, recruiting, customer service, or office support We'd love to hear from you!
