Client Services Coordinator

Engage with clients through kind, consistent conversations, building trust and easing nerves to help them feel at home from the start. Guide clients smoothly through the admissions journey. Prepare and maintain client rooms and welcome materials to reflect Mountainside’s high standards. Lead facility orientations, schedules, and community guidelines to ensure clients are informed and supported. Assist with schedules, appointments, and access to essential personal items like towels and One Card services. Facilitate program groups and recreational activities while ensuring precise and timely documentation. Conduct room inspections, bed checks, vital sign monitoring, and adhere to medication protocols to support safety. Conduct client searches, UTOX screenings, and frequent rounds, offering guidance and support as needed. Act swiftly and calmly in emergencies, coordinating with internal teams and external responders to protect client well-being. Lead discharge procedures with care, ensuring personal property and medications are accounted for and documented. Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards at all times and maintain professional records of client interactions, observations, and services. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to foster coordinated care and exceptional client experiences. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive as part of a collaborative team. Comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Compensation The base rate of pay for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, role responsibilities, location, performance, and working conditions.
