Social Worker Job Description The Albuquerque Sign Language Academy (ASLA) is in search of a passionate Full-time, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is dedicated to integrating clinical practices to bring out the best learners that students can be. Applicants must embrace an inclusive, hands‑on, and active approach to coaching students in addressing their own behaviors. Learning ASL, improving upon one’s abilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary academic teams, and willingness to be creative in working with all levels of student abilities is essential. All ASLA students—whether hearing, deaf, or in need of ASL to communicate—learn in ways that better connect them to their family and community.
