HR Recruiter / Administrative Assistant

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an HR Recruiter / Administrative Assistant to support our client's Human Resources team in Irving, TX. This position will assist with a variety of HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.

This is a fully in-person position with no remote or hybrid option. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Irving office every scheduled workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, sort, and organize incoming resumes
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications for open positions
• Assist with recruiting for various roles throughout the organization
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and related documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Help ensure recruiting and onboarding processes stay organized and on schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced HR environment
• Must be available to work on-site in Irving Monday–Friday
