• EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital with a small ICU
• Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option (if desired)
• 15k estimate annual patient volume
• EM physicians, 2025 EM residents, and IM/FM physicians with EM experience
• Competitive hourly rate for either employed with benefits or a 1099 independent contractor
