Immediate need for a talented Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lithia Springs, GA (Onsite). Pay Package: Weekly Gross Pay: $1,485.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 8hr Days
• Expected Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
• Please Note: Elevated rates are only for June and July starts. Any later starts will be at the regular GA bill rate.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Outpatient experience is preferred
• Will accept a PTA? NO
• Will accept first-time travelers: YES
• Will accept new graduates: NO
• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• Float to other clinics: YES
• Option in this clinic or a neighboring clinic for a Travel Team: YES
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week; 1214 patients/day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Active PT or PTA license to practice in Georgia required
• Current BLS certification required (assumed please confirm if needed)
• Locals are accepted no radius restriction
