Inside Sales Manager

A growing and well known company in Greenville Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in their team. This role combines hands-on coaching, performance management, and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and create a culture of accountability and success. Ideal candidates are sales professionals who enjoy mentoring others and using data to improve results. This is a direct hire and fully in office role. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals. Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and key metrics to drive productivity and results. Provide ongoing coaching on prospecting, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques. Support employee development through regular feedback, performance discussions, and skill-building initiatives. Promote consistent use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes and best practices. Assist in resolving complex customer and account-related situations. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and sales objectives. Identify trends and opportunities to improve team effectiveness and overall sales performance. Qualifications 2+ years of successful sales experience. Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing others. Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies. Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics. High School Diploma or GED. Experience leading an inside sales or business-to-business sales team. Proven ability to improve individual and team performance through coaching. Experience collaborating with outside sales teams or other customer-facing groups.
