Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with attending physicians to provide clinical direction and leadership in the assessment and treatment of sleep-related conditions. Conduct comprehensive sleep consultations and follow-up visits via telemedicine and in person. Recommend and authorize prescriptions for appropriate sleep therapy. Must be open to all treatment modalities and options. Manage therapy compliance and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work closely with physicians to improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and overall service quality. Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews and peer reviews. Engage in performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of patient care.
