Graphic Design Intern

The MADE Hoops Brand Partnerships team is in search of a Graphic Design Intern for each semester throughout the calendar year. This intern will assist in the day-to-day asset creation of sponsor-related materials to drive direct revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials for prospective brand partners.
• Create and maintain high-quality creative assets that support sponsorship sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sponsorship team to translate partnership concepts into engaging visual presentations.
• Assist in the development of custom mockups, activation concepts, and branded creative tailored to potential sponsors.
• Ensure all presentations and creative materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Update and refresh existing sales collateral, sponsorship one-sheets, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Design graphics for digital, social media, email, and event marketing initiatives as needed.
• Organize and maintain creative asset libraries, templates, and presentation files.
• Incorporate feedback from sales, marketing, and leadership to refine creative materials and meet project deadlines.
• Stay informed on current graphic design trends, sports marketing, sponsorship, and presentation best practices.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Strong research, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in graphic design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sponsorship, marketing, and leadership—to translate business objectives into compelling visual presentations and refine work through constructive feedback.
• Build a strong portfolio while strengthening expertise in graphic design, presentation storytelling, creative asset management, and current trends in sports marketing, branding, and sponsorship.
