$43–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, helping them improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and family members to coordinate care and support resident goals
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
