Real Estate (Finance) Associate (3-7 yrs.) - Chicago

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented attorney to join its Real Estate Finance group in Chicago. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in sophisticated commercial real estate debt financing transactions and a background working at a top-tier law firm. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate finance transactions. Experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, and permanent and bridge loan originations. Familiarity with construction loans, loan participations, syndications (including loan sales), and co-lender/intercreditor arrangements. Experience with workouts and restructurings is strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our client offers a highly competitive compensation structure along with a comprehensive benefits package.
