About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916!

• Provide direct patient care across all acuity types, including ICU and PCU patients, with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
• Manage telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation as part of routine unit responsibilities
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in weekend rotation and every-other-holiday coverage
• Respond to standby call as required by unit needs

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required - American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient RN experience in Med/Surg and PCU within the last 3 years
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to assignment start (two attempts permitted; strict pass/fail criteria apply, including 100% identification of lethal rhythms and a minimum passing score of 80%)
• First-time travelers must have more than 5 years of experience as an RN
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

• Experience caring for mixed-acuity patient populations including ICU and step-down/PCU patients
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills across adult and pediatric populations
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
