Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Midlothian, VA Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine and in‑person care for clients with mental health conditions in Midlothian, VA. Compensation: Fee for Service (W2) position, $65,000–$94,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in telemedicine and in‑person settings. Treat clients aged 14 and up. Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed. Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans. Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools. Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines. Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on client programs and services. Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification. Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state. Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus. One year of psychiatry practice required; three years of experience is a plus.
