$53.0 - $57.0/hourly Posted Today Less than 10 Applies Far Rockaway, NY 11691 Job Title: CT Technologist Compensation Hourly Rate: $53.00 – $57.00+ per hour Location: Southern Queens & Southwestern Nassau County, NY - Onsite Position Summary As a CT Technologist, you will perform routine and interventional computed tomography procedures to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient care. Working within a community-focused hospital environment, you will utilize advanced imaging technology while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a mission-driven healthcare setting. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift Hours per week: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Contract length (if applicable): Direct Hire Key Duties: Perform routine and interventional CT procedures in accordance with professional standards and department protocols Prepare and administer oral contrast agents as appropriate for imaging studies Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and electronic data within hospital systems Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental quality initiatives Requirements Education Required: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology training program Preferred (if applicable): Associate’s Degree Licenses & Certifications Required: New York State Radiologic Technologist License ARRT Certification in CT New York State Department of Health Injection Privileges Additional certifications (if applicable): N/A Skills: Strong technical knowledge of CT imaging procedures and equipment Familiarity with PACS, RIS, EMR, CR, DRX, OR, ER, CT, and Meditech systems preferred Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
