About the Role: As a Flat Rate Technician at Canobie Lake Toyota, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our service advisors and parts department to ensure customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification At least 2 years of experience as a flat rate technician Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Automotive Technology Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment Responsibilities: Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned by the service advisor Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment Communicating with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs Maintaining a clean and organized work area Adhering to safety and quality standards Skills: As a Flat Rate Technician, you will use your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately. You will need to have strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department will be crucial to your success.
