UI/UX Engineer - Charlotte, NC
About the RoleJoin our dynamic team as a UI/UX Engineer and help shape user experiences for innovative digital products. Responsibilities - Design and develop visually stunning, responsive interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UX designs into functional applications with pixel-perfect accuracy
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize product usability and accessibility
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design principles
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and WCAG accessibility compliance
- Participate in Agile team activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews
- Drive continuous improvement by embracing best practices and emerging UI/UX frameworks Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX engineering
- Advanced proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric web applications
- Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working within Agile teams Preferred Skills - Experience building and maintaining robust design systems
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies
