Growth Marketing Manager

Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join their client's innovative team. This high-ownership, high-visibility role within a SaaS startup focuses on driving the demand generation engine and contributing significantly to pipeline and revenue growth. Responsibilities Design and scale multi-channel programs across paid, organic, email, and social to drive qualified pipeline. Own MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution metrics. Map the buyer journey across personas and stages to inform campaign structure, sequencing, and measurement. Translate journey insights into channel strategy, content needs, and conversion logic. Analyze performance data to identify successful strategies, budget inefficiencies, and missed opportunities, then optimize creative, copy, targeting, and spend allocation. Lead organic social strategy and execution on LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and pipeline outcomes. Serve as the primary internal lead for the agency partner, translating strategy into clear briefs and ensuring alignment with brand and goals. Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with a clear picture of growth performance, presenting insights with clarity. Qualifications 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation with meaningful experience in a startup or early-stage environment. Fluency in paid and organic channels such as LinkedIn, Google, SEM, and email nurture. Experience mapping buyer journeys and influencing campaign development based on these insights. Data-first mindset, strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from metrics. Experience managing agency relationships, including briefing, directing, and aligning partners with outcomes.
