$18–21/hour + Commission & Bonuses Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Optional Overtime Location: Hudson, OH

Role Focus

Deliver high-quality pest control applications efficiently while representing the company with professionalism and accountability.

Core Responsibilities

Apply mosquito, tick, and perimeter treatments accurately

Communicate professionally with customers onsite

Complete routes on time and meet production goals

Follow application, mixing, and reporting procedures

Maintain equipment and vehicle condition

Identify additional service opportunities

Cross-train and support fertilization services as needed

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to operate equipment

Pass background check
