The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within the St. Pete/ Sarasota/ Bradenton/ Clearwater/ Largo (Throughout the week) area through client prospecting, lead generation, and territory management. This role requires moderate travel and focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets, including new customer acquisition, renewals, upsells, and growth within existing accounts. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and Owner, working collaboratively to expand market presence and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the Pinellas local sales territory
• Manage accounts and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue goals
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee territory management to maximize sales potential
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Focus on existing customer growth, renewals, and upsells
• Travel moderately within the designated sales area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales

• Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Proven territory management experience
