YOU'LL GAIN: Position-specific Perks: Daily overtime available Guaranteed 8 hours per day (pay and work) This is not an OTR driving position, meaning you'll be home every day! Company-wide Benefits: BCBS health with a $0 deductible (for in-network services) and various plan options Dental and vision A 401(k) Short- and long-term disability Company-paid and supplemental life insurance Medical and dependent care Flexible spending program Paid holidays Company-paid phone plan with unlimited texting, calling, and data, and the option to add a family member for $55 per month per line YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Working overnight Meeting time limits and deadlines Accurately dropping off and picking up deliveries Building positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Obtaining client signatures Performing daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Following all FMCSA, DOT, and traffic laws and regulations Solving problems and addressing customer concerns when appropriate WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 1+ years of driving experience Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate High school degree or equivalent Ability to work independently Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Fantastic communication and customer service skills Willingness to work in various weather conditions JOIN US!
