Program Manager T2 (Germany)

Description:

The project is covering acquired company integration into SAP, improve our program management release processes & improve efficiency.

Tasks include:
Own the project release process end-to-end
Navigate the SAP compliance landscape. Manage release artifacts in PPMS, MDG structures, and Sirius. Coordinate security scans, license validations, ECCN classifications, and third-party component approvals.
Drive assigned projects and take ownership for their success with a focus on project delivery, quality, and business outcomes
Plan requirements, identify risks, develop accurate project timelines, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders at all levels
Report on program performance to executive team and other stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships beyond the team to work effectively with technical and non-technical business partners
Work with peer Product Managers to align team with the product vision, goals, and design reports in JIRA for work visibility and status reporting
Coach on improving team productivity by analyzing metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity, burn-up, cycle time)
Lead continuous improvement efforts with teams by implementing takeaways from retrospectives and implementing concrete solutions to make the teams more efficient and improve delivery success
