Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Adapt to varying station assignments including grill, salad/sandwich, fry, sauté, or prep as needed Requirements: Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a commercial kitchen preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs About Us: Bob House And Reel N Tavern is a beloved local dining destination in the heart of Moultonborough, NH, known for great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
