Summary Provide individualized quality nursing care to patients on clinical trials and their families, following hospital guidelines, nursing practice models, policies, the ANA Code of Ethics, and external regulatory agencies. Registered Nurses at Moffitt are accountable for personalized patient and family‑centered care and apply Duffy’s quality‑caring framework. Responsibilities Identify relevant documents and provide patient education based on the patient’s learning needs. Conduct ongoing assessments, administer nursing care and protocol‑related therapy, monitor patients, deliver education, and document care for patients enrolled in clinical trials. Maintain protocol compliance and collaborate with investigators, primary care providers, Moffitt research staff, mid‑level clinicians, and sponsors. Credentials and Qualifications BSN from an accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience, OR ASN with two years of relevant experience. Florida RN license. BLS certification. Current or pending Florida licensure by endorsement with no National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) reports, unless an appeal has removed the name from the NPDB. Position Highlights Full‑time Clinical Research Infusion RN at the Magnolia location. The Clinical Research Unit monitors patients undergoing clinical trials and administers investigational agents in an outpatient setting. The unit sees 40 to 80 patients daily and 30–60 investigational treatments that range from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Salary Range $35.05 – $52.56 per hour.
