Job Summary:
At Flatirons Flex Care, we are committed to bringing the highest standard of care to our patients. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on building trust, communication, and sensory interaction. Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Prepare and assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks with attention to dignity and cleanliness
• Provide mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Remind clients of medication schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments as needed
• Perform additional tasks based on individualized care plans
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required
• Bi-lingual a plus
