In 2026, DH Pace will celebrate its 100th anniversary. DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager for our growing Entry Door Division. The manager will assist with large projects and oversee Project Managers and Managers within this group. A successful Operations Manager will have experience managing teams of people and projects, as well as a sales acumen. Primary Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations for various customers Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer Manage and improve operational processes and procedures Work closely with other teams to drive sales across the department Review monthly financial and operational reports Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees Employee performance management and coaching Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of performance as a manager Door, Frame, and Hardware experience and/or Division 8 experience highly preferred Familiarity with construction project management and installation of building materials Ability for technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving Enjoy a high level of activity in a hands‑on environment with emphasis on meeting deadlines and providing customer service Benefit Offerings Medical, dental and vision options available on the first day of the month following your start date Paid time off: 13 days accrued annually in the first year; 16 days accrued in the second year Paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Floating holidays: up to 2 per year Competitive compensation including annual performance evaluations 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Company‑paid life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability and more Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required before hire.
