RN Unit Manager

The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager is responsible for supervising the assigned unit, establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures, and mentoring less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance. They ensure the maintenance of care standards, review resident records and quality of care, monitor overall care, and address questions or concerns from residents and families. Additionally, they represent the unit's interests to upper management. Qualifications include a valid State RN License , with a preference for candidates with 3 years of Long Term Care experience and 2 years of Charge Nurse experience .
