Construction Welder/Fitter

Welder‑Fitter – Construction Department We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Welder‑Fitter in the Construction department at AmbaFlex Manufacturing. As a Welder‑Fitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling construction components to complete frames using several welding and construction techniques. Switching techniques will regularly take place. Responsibilities Reading technical drawings. Customization of components using welding and construction techniques. Getting the machines ready for production. The inspection of construction components or complete frames. Participating in the development of the products and processes. Shift Schedules Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (4/10s). Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-5am (4/10s). Benefits and Opportunities Full Benefit Package. Quarterly Bonus Program. Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read technical drawings. Strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of the metric system (preferred).
