Human Resources Intern

The Oaks at Denville is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team! The Oaks at Denville is a Springpoint senior living community in Denville, NJ. We are looking for an HR intern to join the team. Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for HR tasks, such as maintaining employee files, data entry, and preparing HR documents.
- Help coordinate and execute the new hire orientation process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Shadow and assist during interviews, helping the recruitment team in candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and training materials are completed.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Rising Junior or Senior in College or University
