Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and the school setting
• Working knowledge of IEP development, progress reporting, and direct/indirect therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for varying speech, language, and communication disorders
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and support compliance with IEP goals
• Consult with educators and families to support classroom success and generalization of skills
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school community
• Serve both schools with compassion, flexibility, and professionalism
