The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Charlotte region seeking Customer Service Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping information.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• Provide technical assistance and product information to customers as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to understand and interpret customer needs related to manufacturing products and services

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle management (PLM)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
• Background in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing setting
