Maintenance Worker - FT Evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides maintenance services to all HCHS facilities regardless of location. Adhere to industry quality and safety standards. Participates in department call schedule on a rotating basis.HOURS:
Full-time Evening position, 80 hours per pay period, will include call rotation. Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, must be willing to be flexible.QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced technical training related to building and equipment maintenance preferred. Must possess and maintain an active Iowa Driver's License and must live within 20 minutes of hospital for call purposes. Must be or willing to become a State of Iowa licensed boiler operator.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, squat, kneel crawl, bend, climb, balance, and walk. Must be able to work in and out of doors in all kinds of climate conditions.
